About Coach Luke

For more than 20 years, I've helped people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through coaching built on relationships, trust, and accountability. Whether you're looking to lose weight, improve your health, build strength, or perform at a higher level, my goal is the same: to help you achieve results that last.

I believe the human body is incredibly resilient and adaptable. With the right training, nutrition, and consistent coaching, people are capable of far more than they often believe. My role isn't simply to write workouts—it's to provide the structure, support, and accountability that help you keep moving forward, even when life gets busy.

No two people are the same. Every client has different goals, responsibilities, injuries, and life experiences. That's why every coaching plan is built around the individual, not a one-size-fits-all system. As your goals evolve, your coaching evolves with you.

My coaching philosophy is simple: progress over perfection. Life isn't perfect, and neither are we. There will always be setbacks, stressful seasons, vacations, injuries, and unexpected challenges. Success doesn't come from never missing a workout—it comes from learning how to adapt, stay consistent, and keep moving forward over the long term.

Clients can expect a process that is challenging, realistic, and built for lasting success. You'll be encouraged when you need support, challenged when you're capable of more, and held accountable every step of the way. My job is to help you build habits that continue serving you long after you've reached your first goal.

What separates Luke Smith Training isn't a workout program—it's the coaching relationship. You're not just purchasing training sessions; you're partnering with someone who is invested in your success. Over two decades of coaching have taught me that lasting transformation happens when people feel supported, trusted, and challenged to become the best version of themselves.

My perspective comes from more than education alone. At 20 years old, I underwent bilateral foot reconstruction and spent more than a year rebuilding my ability to walk, train, and regain my strength. That experience taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of taking a long-term approach to health. Combined with a degree in Health and Human Performance, industry certifications, and more than 20 years of coaching experience, it has shaped the coach I am today.

Whether you choose private coaching, group training, or an online program, my commitment is the same: to meet you where you are, provide a clear plan, hold you accountable, and help you discover you're capable of more than you thought possible.

Build Strength. Gain Confidence. Live Better.
